Iraqi Envoy Visits Cairo

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraq’s Foreign Minister Tarik Aziz traveled to Cairo on Sunday carrying a message from President Saddam Hussein to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, the Iraqi News Agency reported. The agency gave no details of the message.
