Nexus Purchases Office Building in Santa Ana

A $4-million, 30,000-square-foot garden office building formerly owned by Westfield Insurance of Ohio has been purchased by the Irvine-based Nexus Development Corp./Central Division.
The two-story wood-and-glass structure at 2112 East 4th St., Santa Ana,is undergoing interior improvements for new tenants. Acquired through an in-house partnership, the property has been renamed the Nexus Garden Plaza.
