Maxim’s Hotel Has Opening in Palm Springs
Maxim’s de Paris Hotel is officially open, following ceremonies in Palm Springs’ Desert Fashion Plaza shopping mall.
Designed by Richard Pedroza & Associates, Los Angeles, the $38-million luxury property is the first of five all-suite hotels to be developed and operated by the Pratt Hotels under an exclusive licensing agreement with Pierre Cardin.
With 184 suites and 10 VIP custom-designed suites, Maxim’s de Paris is a six-story, 13,000-square-foot structure with palm court atrium, formal dining room, a sidewalk cafe, theme restaurant, lounges, swimming pool, health salon and convention facilities accommodating up to 600 people.
