The parents of one of two babies sent home last weekend with the wrong parents by Marin General Hospital say they will sue the hospital for negligence. Andre Amzallag of Sausalito said attorney Melvin Belli will represent him. He said the lawsuit was partly prompted by the attitude of hospital administrator Henry J. Buhrmann. “It was just like he was saying, ‘I’m sorry we gave you the wrong toaster,’ ” Amzallag said. The Amzallag’s baby was sent home with Linda and Steve Boggeri of Rohnert Park, and the Boggeri baby went home with the Amzallags. A hospital spokeswoman apologized for the error, saying it was not known how it occurred.
