Private Privy
Santa Ana City Council member John Acosta’s toilet humor made this All-America city the nation’s laughingstock on a recent “Today” show on the council’s decision to build private bathrooms.
Of course, what can one expect from a person like Acosta, who judges nudist contests and is printed up in such magazines as Oui. The city spends in excess of $1 million to promote the city on TV and in insipid magazines, which Acosta completely negates by his grammar-school bathroom humor.
