Police Arrest Three in Bookmaking Case
Three people were arrested Friday by San Diego vice officers in connection with a four-month investigation of an alleged $100,000 per week bookmaking operation.
Bail was set at $2,000 each for Paul Pasquill, 28; Greg Adamavich, 38, and Irene Hahka, 43, all of San Diego.
Police said the three took bets over the phone on horse racing, and college and professional basketball.
