Northstar Minerals Inc., Los Angeles, said that Chairman and President William F. Coffin has resigned following the sale of 2 million shares of Northstar common, the bulk of his holdings, to Christian Harper, a private investor, for undisclosed terms. He is being replaced by Richard Dent as chairman, and Frederick Mensing as president.
