Brice Elected Presiding Judge: Daniel T. Brice has been elected presiding judge of the North Orange County Municipal Court, and Robert Byron Hutson has been chosen assistant presiding judge, court officials in Fullerton said. Brice, a veteran Orange County deputy district attorney, was appointed to the bench in December, 1982, by then-Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr. Hutson, a former deputy public defender in Orange County, was appointed by Brown in November, 1982.
