Single-Family Home Project Marks Opening in Riverside
Victoria Grove Estates, a Keusder Enterprises development of 54 single-family homes, opens today in Riverside with 14 homes in the first phase.
Priced from $154,990 to $184,990, the homes are available with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths and 2,015 to 2,399 square feet of space.
Tudor, ranch or Spanish exterior designs are also being offered in nine elevations. Among the features are beamed and vaulted ceilings, wooden staircases, wood-burning fireplaces and breakfast nooks.
The sales office and models are open daily except Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 10955 Cleveland Ave., reached from the La Sierra exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
