4 Buildings in Glendale Sold
Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co. has sold a four-building industrial complex in Glendale, leased by the Singer Co., for $9.9 million to Sonora Associates Ltd., a partnership controlled by the Swerdlow family through Rand Properties.
The 16.1-acre property includes buildings of the Librascope division of Singer at 808 Western Ave., 833 Sonora Ave. and at 1607 and 1625 Flower Street.
Financing was provided by Resources Real Estate Finance Group Inc., a subsidiary of Integrated Resources.
