Safe Passage For Dictators
I want to commend the United States for providing an Air Force transport plane to former President Duvalier so that he could safely leave Haiti. I suggest we immediately do the same for Gen. Augusto Pinochet of Chile and President Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines.
