2 Die, 10 Hurt in Propane Explosion

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — A propane gas tank blew up in a crowded cafeteria Friday, destroying a two-story apartment building, police said. At least two people were killed and 10 were injured in the blast, the cause of which had not been determined.
