Sentinel Guard Systems Acquires Tri-Pak Security

Sentinel Guard Systems of Woodland Hills has purchased Tri-Pak Security Services of Canoga Park, giving it a force of more than 40 security guards for homes and businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kathleen Garner, a Sentinel spokeswoman, said the acquisition will give her company visibility in several areas it has not previously served, including Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Watts.
