A teen-age bystander was shot and killed in front of a South-Central Los Angeles dance hall during a fight between gang members and the event’s sponsors, police said. Terrell Duggan, 16, of Los Angeles, was shot in the head when a fight erupted between the sponsors of the event and nine gang members who attempted to enter the hall without paying. The victim was not directly involved in the fight, police said.
