An auto theft ring employing teen-age Vietnamese boys who allegedly stripped the inside of cars and sold the parts has been broken, Los Angeles police said. Hai Do, 19, and five teen-age boys, ages 14 to 17, were arrested for their alleged involvement in the ring that stole “top-of-line” Toyotas and stripped the vehicles, selling seats, carpeting, radios and door panels to “a receiver of stolen goods,” Lt. Edward Hocking said. The ring allegedly advertised the car parts in newspapers, he said.
