Major Real Estate Firms Form New Trade Association
Some of the country’s major real estate companies have formed a new trade association known as Real Estate National Networks to support programs and legislation beneficial to their clients and member firms.
The new association was hardly established when it expressed agreement with the National Assn. of Realtors’ position opposing the Administration’s tax reform proposal, saying that the proposal “would increase costs to homeowners, decrease the value of real estate and increase the deficit.”
Charter members of the new association are Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Service, Century 21 Real Estate Corp., Electronic Realty Associates, Homes for Living Real Estate Network, Merrill Lynch Realty Associates, Realty World Corp., Red Carpet Corp. of America and ReMax International.
