An estimated $7 million in illicit chemicals have been seized in the arrest of six people accused of being members of a narcotics distribution ring that allegedly made the drug methamphetamine in Northern California for sale in Los Angeles. Authorities said Friday that they have arrested Albert Lee Carroll, 57; his son, David, 26; David’s wife, Kay Lynn, 24; Nicholas Brun, 58; his wife, Carol, also 58, and Paul L. Polk, 58.
