Defying windy, rainy weather, a pair of sky divers plummeted from an unfinished 500-foot San Francisco high-rise and parachuted safely to streets below. John Carta and Jonathon Bowlin, both from the Sacramento area, were whisked away in a waiting car to avoid police. Carta, who has also jumped from the World Trade Center in New York and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, has been arrested in the past after similar leaps.
