Keeline-Wilcox Nurseries, Inc., of Irvine, said it has sold its Tree Division to SeaTree Nurseries, Inc. of Laguna Hills for an undisclosed sum.
Assets sold consist of nearly 50,000 trees grown on 125 acres of Keeline-Wilcox’s Irvine facility. SeaTree Nurseries said it plans to retain the services of 50 Keeline-Wilcox workers. Keeline-Wilcox’s lease with the Irvine Co. expires in 1990 and will not be renewed. The company is moving its other operations to a 43-acre property in Oxnard.
