Bank of America has appointed Michael J. Cella vice president of the bank’s San Diego corporate banking group, Richard F. Alianelli vice president and head of customized financial services in the bank’s El Cajon area management group, Glen Marshall vice president in the bank’s corporate banking group and Gerald A. Cady vice president in charge of the bank’s East County business banking group. The bank also appointed Michael J. Davis vice president and manager of business banking in its San Diego area management group, Lois C. Cyr vice president in the bank’s San Diego-Eastern California region and Malcolm C. Gaffen manager of the Kearny Mesa industrial branch.
