Finnish radio rebroadcast portions of a play dramatizing a war between the Unite States and the Soviet Union, sparking a second round of panic among listeners. One angry husband threatened to sue the station because his wife became so upset she wrecked the family car. The original broadcast Sunday of Jan Hartman’s award-winning play, “The Next-War -- An Imaginative Documentary, “ caused near hysteria among thousands of listeners who believed war was acutally being waged in spite of repeated announcements that the play was fictional.
