Walter Davis of the Phoenix Suns has filed a medical malpractice and negligence lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court against the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic, Dr. Robert K. Kerlan and Stephen J. Lombardo and 50 John Does stemming from a knee injury in an exhibition game at the Forum on Oct. 9, 1984.
