Bobb Hires Assistant: City Manager Robert C. Bobb has hired Louis Lazarine, 35, to serve as an executive assistant and adviser. The San Antonio native has practiced law in Texas and worked for the state planning department. Lazarine, who is fluent in Spanish, said he sees similarities between Santa Ana and his Texas home and adds that “one of my tasks will be to help assure that city government is always sensitive to the needs of the community.”
