Mugabe in Moscow

MOSCOW — Zimbabwean Prime Minister Robert Mugabe arrived here Monday at the start of an official visit to the Soviet Union. He was met by Premier Nikolai I. Ryzhkov and Foreign Minister Eduard A. Shevardnadze. He is expected to see Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev today.
