Youth Still Being Sought: Police on Monday were still searching for a third teen-ager allegedly involved in a high-speed police chase of a stolen commuter bus on Coast Highway over the weekend. Two teen-agers were arrested Sunday shortly after they abandoned the bus at a Laguna Beach hotel and tried to flee on foot. The third youth escaped. Officers said the chase began early Sunday when police tried to flag down the silver bus after it hit a street sign and parking meter in San Clemente. Officers then chased the vehicle up Coast Highway. The two arrested juveniles are 14 and 17.
