Poster Child Named
Kevin R. Kinkor, a 9-year-old Rancho Palos Verdes soccer player and Cub Scout, has been named the Epilepsy Foundation of America’s 1985-86 National Poster Child, the foundation announced. The son of James and Ann Kinkor, Kevin was diagnosed as an epileptic when he was 3. Within the past year his almost daily epileptic seizures were controlled with medication. The poster child program emphasizes the potential for nomal living among epileptics, and is designed to counter public misunderstandings about the disease.
