Palestinian Moderate Slain

TEL AVIV — Lawyer Aziz Shehade, a Palestinian moderate, was stabbed to death today outside his home, Israel television said.
The network said Shehade was attacked by an unknown assailant after returning from his downtown law offices. Israel television said Shehade took part in 1950 in an abortive round of talks with Israeli government officials to settle the Palestinian refugee problem.
