Three teen-agers apparently took an empty passenger bus on a high-speed jaunt with police in chase along Pacific Coast Highway, but no one was injured, authorities said. Two of the boys were arrested when the bus stopped at the Surf and Sand Motel in Laguna Beach after being chased about 12 miles up the highway by San Clemente police. The third boy ran from the bus and had not been caught.
