A small earthquake rattled the northwest corner of San Bernardino County, bringing a flurry of phone calls to authorities but no reports of damage or injury. The earthquake measured 3.4 on the Richter scale, a spokesman for Caltech said. A San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department dispatcher said she received about a dozen calls from residents, most wondering if the temblor was an earthquake or an explosion.
