UC Irvine Women Sweep USD in Volleyball

UC Irvine swept the University of San Diego, 15-1, 15-5, 15-2, in the Anteaters’ last volleyball match of the regular season Tuesday at Crawford Hall.
The Anteaters (9-17) were led by Lisa Johnson with six kills and Cindy Rohrig with five. Gina Trapletti had four kills for USD (2-25). The Anteaters open the Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. Tournament at Stockton Friday against the University of the Pacific.
