Business Park Is 43% Leased
The $12-million Robertson Business Park, an 87,000-square-foot office complex on a redeveloped site at the intersection of Robertson and Washington boulevards, has opened and is 43% leased.
That’s the word from Ruben Urcis, president of RBP Development Co., developer of the two-building project in cooperation with the Culver City Redevelopment Agency.
Urcis, Culver City Mayor Richard Alexander and Paul A. Jacobs, chairman of the redevelopment agency, said the project represents a major commitment to the city, especially the Washington-Robertson corridor. The 29,700-square-foot first floor of Building A, at 3700 S. Robertson Blvd., has been leased to Federal Express, Urcis said. The leasing agent is Commercial Industrial Associates, Culver City.
