Commissioner Pete Rozelle would do well to alert all NFL officials in Chicago Bear games to keep a sharp eye out for flagrant rule violation that the Bears have been committing all season and getting away with. Every time William (the Refrigerator) Perry goes into the game, the Bears are playing with 12 men. Or is it 13?
