4 District Court Judges Named

WASHINGTON — President Reagan named four U.S. District Court judges today, two of them filling newly created seats in Central California. The California judges appointed by Reagan, subject to Senate approval, are Dickran Tevrizian Jr., 45, of Pasadena, a Los Angeles attorney once a partner in the firm of Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Tunney, and J. Spencer Letts, 50, of Rolling Hills, counsel to the law firm of Latham & Watkins.
