Arms Control Aide Chosen

WASHINGTON — President Reagan announced Thursday that he will nominate Michael P. Mobbs, an aide to Defense Secretary Caspar W. Weinberger, to be an assistant director of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
