Maoist guerrillas struck again in Lima, Peru’s capital, killing a policeman and wounding another and setting off a time bomb on a major street that wounded two pedestrians. The attacks by Sendero Luminoso came as Interior Minister Abel Salinas said that a recent wave of defections has dealt a psychological blow to the guerrillas.
