A statewide manhunt has led to the arrests of two suspects in a major counterfeiting and auto theft ring. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said Randall Clifton Kling, 29, of Rialto and Robert E. Bullock, 30, of Martinez had been sought by an interagency task force that also included the California Highway Patrol, the state Department of Motor Vehicles and the U.S. Secret Service.
