Tom Ramsey, a former UCLA quarterback who was cut by the New England Patriots last month, is pondering an offer to rejoin the team in time for Sunday’s game with the New York Jets, a team spokesman said. Ramsey was offered back his job when Tony Eason suffered a separation of the left shoulder Sunday.
