A boy of 14 and a 26-year-old man have been charged with the murder of a policeman with a machete during rioting Oct. 6 in a housing project in the Tottenham district of London. A 15-year-old is already awaiting trial in the death of officer Keith Blakelock, and five people are being questioned.
