Construction is expected to begin in April on a $2.2-million, 60-unit apartment project in Port Hueneme.
Ebbe Videriksen, AIA Architect & Associates of Sherman Oaks completed construction documents for the 2.2-acre project at Port Hueneme Road and 5th Street, and Martin V. Smith & Associates of Oxnard will develop it.
