Deerfield Homes opens today in Bellflower with 33 two- and three-bedroom, single-family houses priced from $119,900 to $159,000.
Developed by Pacific Sunset Homes/Robert Campoy & Associates, the project features houses with 1,100 to 1,645 square feet of space, 2 1/2 baths, ceramic tile or wood parquet entries, wood-burning fireplaces, cathedral ceilings and direct access to the attached two-car garages.
Seven houses have been sold and occupancy is scheduled for December. Furnished models are scheduled to open at the end of September.
A sales office is open daily, except Wednesday and Thursday, from 11 a.m. to dusk at 9201 Ramona St., reached from the southbound Lakewood Boulevard exit of the Artesia (91) Freeway.
