Gfeller Development Opens Iron Horse Ridge Homes Today

Gfeller Development’s Iron Horse Ridge single-family home community opens Phase 1 today at 1630 Iron Horse Circle in Colton, with 59 homes in a projected total of 181 units.

The homes are priced from $68,990 to $84,990, with a $40 monthly homeowners fee and, in conjunction with the grand opening, the builder is offering a “bonus package” that includes a washer/dryer, microwave oven, window coverings and front yard landscaping with sprinklers at no additional cost.

The country-themed project, designed by Meyer, Lasley, Wilkinson, offers three floor plans with two and three bedrooms, sized from 985 to 1,437 square feet. Features include greenhouse windows, atriums, central air conditioning, wood burning fireplaces and two-car garages with automatic door opener. A private park encompassing nearly two acres, with a swimming pool and barbecue area, is included within the private community.

Decorated models and sales office are open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
