Irvine Center’s Finances OKd
First Interstate Mortgage Co. has arranged a $14.25-million financing package for construction and permanent financing of Rockfield Center, a three-story office building to be built in the Irvine Industrial Complex-East, Irvine.
The 65,390-square-foot building at McLaren and Oldfield streets, three miles west of the interchange of the San Diego and Santa Ana freeways, is being developed by Rockfield Partners, a California general partnership whose managing partner is Taylor Grant, Newport Beach.
The Orange County income-property office of the mortgage concern arranged the permanent financing through Old Stone Bank, Providence, R.I. Nielsen Construction Co., San Diego, is the general contractor for the building.
