PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad — Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II will visit Trinidad and Tobago Nov. 1-3 as one of 10 stops on a Caribbean tour scheduled to begin Oct. 9 in Belize, the Ministry of Information said Thursday.
