Sierracin is omitting its quarterly dividend.
The Sylmar-based aerospace and electronics company said it was discontinuing its regular 10-cent dividend to conserve cash and repay bank debt. Sierracin lost $715,000 on revenue of $19.2 million in the quarter ended June 30. It disclosed last month that its financial position had fallen below the standards required by its major bank loan agreements.
