Local News in Brief : Blaze Damages Store, Injures Firefighter

A fire at a Reseda retailer of video products late Sunday injured a firefighter and caused an estimated $75,000 in damage, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman said Monday.
Eight engine companies responded to the blaze at RSVP Inc., 18614 Topham St., shortly before midnight, Jim Wells of the Fire Department said. The fire in the one-story, 50-by-100-foot structure was extinguished in about 15 minutes, he said.
