Geremia Elected Chairman of State License Board

Frank Geremia Jr., president of Geremia Pools Inc. in Sacramento, has been elected chairman of the Contractors State License Board, succeeding Patricia Sterne of the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency.
Benny Y. Yee, president of a San Francisco real estate brokerage and development company bearing his name, was elected vice chairman.
Geremia, a member of the License Board for two years, is also president of the California Swimming Pool Industry Council and chairman of the Sacramento National Spa and Pool Institute.
