Firm Cited for Retarded Help

Kaiser Development Co. has received the 1985 Outstanding Citizen Award from the Assn. for Retarded Citizens, North San Diego County, the group’s highest commendation.
Lisa Osslund, board president, said, “Kaiser’s generous contributions to ARC-North County have helped advance our work for the more than 600 individuals, including infants, children and adults, affected by mental retardation, and their families, served locally by ARC.”
