Construction Slated on Apartment Complex

Construction is to begin this week on Mirada Apartments, a $30-million, 444-unit complex on 12.5 acres at Charmont and Lebon drives in La Jolla Colony, San Diego. The owner-builder is Crow-Western Co. and the architect is Buzard/Henning & Associates. Move-ins are expected to begin in February.
