American Solar King OKs Besicorp Distribution Deal

ELLENVILLE, N.Y. — Besicorp Group Inc. and American Solar King Corp. said they signed a major private-label distribution agreement under which Solar King will distribute Besicorp’s patented solar swimming pool heaters through its national marketing network under Solar King’s own trademark.
