With plans for substantial growth and an expanded menu, Wienerschnitzel International Inc. has restructured its senior management and added a number of new executives.
The Newport Beach-based company, which plans to build some 40 new restaurants over the next fiscal year, has named Dennis Tase to the new position of vice president and general manager. Tase, the company’s former vice president of marketing and a former director of marketing for Pepsi Cola Bottling Co.’s Western Division, will oversee all major functions within the fast-food chain, including expansion.
Alan Gallup, previously director of franchise operations, was named director of operations. Wienerschnitzel also named Mark Luckenbach, formerly a marketing official at Grace Restaurant Co., as its director of marketing. Michael DuChateau was named director of research and development. He held a similar position at Godfather’s Pizza.
